- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I am happy to have this forum to express my opinion of your facility and staff. I was recently a patient for 5+ days starting in the ER and eventually in 3 South. The professionalism, attentiveness and compassion I experienced from the ER to the floor was incredible. I include the support services such as housekeeping and food services as well. I am a business man who runs a service business and I appreciate the emphasis on service and care that I not only experienced but what I observed around me.
