- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪My husband and I arrived at 120pm for our 130pm appointment. We were told that we needed to be there at 1pm to fill out the paperwork and therefore we were late and needed to reschedule. I requested to see the doctor and was told he was running behind today and he would not see us and that we needed to reschedule. I plead that we made our appointment weeks ago, drove in from Manchester and expected to see the doctor for our scheduled appointment time. We were yet again denied our visit and at this point decided not to reschedule with Dr. Kerr and to find another doctor who carriers out their professional obligations with their patients. I have never been experienced anything like this before and felt it was important to share with others.April 19, 2017by Liz M
